All questions →Do you handle both residential and commercial work?
Yes. Homes, rentals, HOAs, offices, retail and light commercial spaces. Choose the property type in the planner so we can plan access and scheduling correctly.
Who will be on site?
Kevin Gonzalez — owner and operator, with 12 years in the trade — walks every project and is your point of contact from walkthrough to final look. The crew works to the same prep standard on every job.
Do you do specialty finishes like lime wash?
Yes. Lime wash, multi-tone exteriors and accent techniques are part of what Kevin has honed over the years. Mention it in the planner so we bring the right samples.
What areas do you serve?
The Phoenix West Valley and surrounding communities. If you are outside the area, ask — larger projects are often worth the drive.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not necessarily. Many clients give us access and check in by text. We do like a quick look together at the end of the job.
How do you protect my home?
Floors, furniture, fixtures and landscaping are covered and masked before any prep begins. Preparation is written into your scope so you know exactly what is protected.
What paint do you use?
Professional-grade products from major manufacturers, chosen for the surface and the exposure. We list the product and sheen for each surface on your estimate.
